November Recap

It's been a wild ride of a month for us. Two trips to the ER, three kids with croup, one sick daddy, snowball fights, first smiles and Thanksgiving, just to name a few of the things keeping us busy during the month. Very thankful to have all five healthy again and for the fun we had despite the rough spots in our month.

Kinsley made her first two trips to the ER; once for fever and once for breathing problems. Praise God she was fine both times and that she is fully recovered from her virus. She endured a spinal tap, IV, blood tests! What a strong little girl!

The boys playing "bally ball" in the family room with two chairs and a sheet...so creative!
D's hit 99 on the pop-a-shot. Woo hoo!

 SNOW :)

 First smiles!

The snow warranted some new warm weather gear. The boys were so pumped to get balaclavas to keep toasty this winter. They proceeded to wear them everywhere.

 Gobble, gobble!

So thankful for all of the blessing in our lives!

One month old!

Kinsley is one month old. She weighs in at 10 lbs, 23 in and all this despite battling reflux and a milk sensitivity. After a rough couple of weeks, she is back to normal. We are dairy free and she is on reflux meds and responding well. She is a content baby, only upset when her diaper is dirty or she is hungry. Our little sweety is just that- so so sweet!

October Recap

It's been such a fantastic month for our family. We welcomed baby Kinsley on October 4th. She is sweet as can be. The boys can't get enough of their sister. They are super helpers, eager to get diapers, wipes, hold her, and give her hugs and kisses. They have grown up so much over the last few months, showing their independence and growing in their brotherly love. They play football, board games, color together; you name it and these best buddies do it. We've been blessed to have our house filled with (mostly) love and laughter from Ryker and Deklan and now cooing, cute baby noises from Kinsley. We took the month of October off from school to adjust to having Kinsley here. It has been a good, relaxing time for all of us. Jevon made a football field in our backyard for Ryker's 6th birthday, where the boys and Ryker's friends, played a couple of very intense football games in celebration of his big day. We have gotten to see family and friends this month and are so grateful for the outpouring of love for our family and excitement at the arrival of our baby girl that so many have shown us. Here are some of our favorite images from the month:
